Mitsubishi X65AC-20 encoder installation and use guide
1.Component layout:
The encoder should be kept 10cm away from high-interference source devices such as inverters and transformers, or be isolated by metal partitions.
The module communicating with the encoder should be kept 3cm away from high-interference source components, or be isolated by metal partitions.
Grounding protection:
The cable shielding layer should be grounded at one end at the signal receiving end. If the grounding protection is not good, a separate grounding wire needs to be connected.
When connecting over long distances, add yellow-green wires as equipotential compensation wires.
Cable wiring:
The communication cable should be kept away from magnetic field interference equipment and laid separately from power cables, etc., using well-shielded metal cable sheaths.
Keep the minimum distance between the inside and outside of the electrical cabinet and other cables, and lay them reasonably to avoid reserving too long cables.
Electrical wiring:
Connect the wires according to the electrical instructions in the parameter table. Unused wires should be insulated and wrapped separately.
The electrical wiring of the encoder must be carried out when the power is completely off, and the power supply voltage must be within the rated value and stable.
