Battery failure: The red LED lights up, indicating that the lithium battery life is about to end. A new battery needs to be replaced as soon as possible to prevent program loss. If the LED is still on after replacement, it may be a CPU board problem and you need to contact after-sales service.

EPROR light is on: The CPU time or operation cycle may time out due to internal conductive foreign matter or external noise, and the PLC output will all become OFF. Breakpoint reset is required, and grounding condition is checked.

EPROR light flashes: The program loop may be unreasonable, the parameter setting may be wrong or there is interference, or the timer or counter constant may be forgotten to be set. You can use a handheld writer to check D8004 and related registers to troubleshoot interference sources.

POWER light is off: You need to confirm the power wiring condition, check the contact, load and overcurrent. If the indicator light is off, it may be that the DC load is too large or the internal fuse is blown, and the fuse needs to be replaced or the power supply adjusted.

Check whether the power supply is normal, confirm whether the power is connected and the voltage is stable.

If the POWER light is not lighting up, it may be that the DC load is too large or the internal fuse is blown. At this time, the "24+" terminal wiring should be unplugged for inspection. If the indicator light is on, a DC24V power supply needs to be prepared separately; if it is still not on, the internal fuse may be blown and the fuse needs to be replaced.

The EPROR light not lighting up may be related to unreasonable program loop, wrong parameter setting or control loop failure. Check whether the PLC program is correctly written, and debug and verify it in the programming environment.

At the same time, check whether the control circuit of the PLC is connected normally and confirm that there is no looseness or circuit breakage.

External interference:

External noise interference may also cause the EPROR light not lighting up. Check whether there is an interference source near the PLC, and take corresponding measures to shield or eliminate it.
