Elevator leveling sensor ThyssenKrupp YG-39G1K Elevator level magnetic Door area photoelectric switch
DESCRIPTION
The elevator has multiple optical level sensors for safety protection, to ensure that when one of the optical level sensors fails, the other optical level sensors can ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
The optical level sensor converts the displacement of the car into an optical signal, which is emitted to the guide rail through a light-emitting diode (specially made). The receiving diode and the detection circuit detect the intensity of the light reflected from the guide rail in real time. When the sensor contacts the light-isolating plate, the intensity of the reflected light decreases.
The level of the sensor output will change from high to low. The control cabinet determines whether the car is leveled and the floor where the leveling is by measuring the change of the signal level in real time, and then completes the entire leveling process in combination with the reference point of the rotary encoder.
